Gerry James "It is an honour to be amongst the selected few to the Hall of Fame. I verifies my own opinion of my abilities."

Gerry James "I am a retired. I volunteer with the Salvation Army on various projects throughout the year."
Hall of Fame "Are you still involved in football? (coaching, playing, driving kids to games, or just watching when you can)"
Gerry James "I watching it all the time on TV and go to games when I have the opportunity."
Hall of Fame "What was your fondest football memory? (could be from any point in your football career)"
Gerry James ' My first training camp at 17 years old with having among players, people like Tom Casey, Jack Jacobs, Dick Huffman, Buddy Tinsley -- all my idols growing up. I also remember that the year before my friends and I sneaking into Osborne Stadium because we couldn't afford tickets."
Hall of Fame "How did you know it was time to leave football?"
GerryJames "They asked me to leave. But I was lucky to have hockey to fall back on and I went on to establish a career coaching at the Senior and Junior hockey levels. This was a rewarding experience -- influencing young men growing into manhood."
Hall of Fame "What do you miss the most about playing football?
Gerry James "The common goal of successful achievement."
