The Canadian Football Hall of Fame mourns the loss of Frank Rigney

Hall of Famer Frank Rigney has passed away at the age of 74.

Frank Rigney was an integral part of the dynasty that was Winnipeg football in the 50's and 60's. 

“Having had the opportunity to meet with Frank at the Hall of Fame induction ceremony in 2009 in Winnipeg, I can say he was a true gentleman and honoured member of the Hall, we will miss him greatly." stated Mark DeNobile Executive Director, Canadian Football Hall of Fame.

His dedication to the sport of football can be a lesson to all of us, our condolences go out to his family at this time.
